This recently completed project underwent a total strip out to the bones, transforming a run down 20th century mews house into a stylish modern residence.

Architects Groves Natcheva, designed a simple box volume made out of blue bricks, with large open spaces to flood the house with natural light. An extra floor was created by digging down, resulting in a 90 sq m property. Feature staircase, and a clever courtyard on the lower level add extra wow factor.
